At Aretto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
